What the hell is a Winemill?
A Winemill is a revolutionary device that allows you to adjust the alcohol strength of your favorite still alcoholic beverages without negatively impacting the flavours you know and love.
How does it work?
It’s a secret and we can’t tell you. What we can tell you is that it is mostly science and amazing engineering.
What can it do?
It can do a lot! It can chill, it can warm, it can decant, it can seal, it can reduce sulfites, it can reduce calories, it can infuse, and it can transfer unnecessary ethanol. It is actually pretty damn amazing.
How do I use it?
The functionality is easy and user-friendly. Everything is controlled with a turn of the knob and the push of a button. Pour your beverage of choice into one of the tanks and add your control liquid into another. Select your program and then sit back and relax while the magic happens.
How long does it take?
Different programs require different amounts of time. A process can be as short as 7 minutes or last as long as 60 minutes. It all depends on what you plan to do.
Where can I use it?
Thanks to the compact size and expert design, our device can be used almost anywhere. All you need is electricity (well, not really, as we have a battery operated model too).
What is Milling?
Milling is the process of reducing the level of unnecessary alcohol in your favorite still alcoholic beverage.
Why should I Mill?

Can I Mill my favorite beer?
Not yet. We are still working on that. Carbonated beverages cannot yet be Milled. However, the elves in the basement are working hard to make this possible.
